or Income Statement AND Photo ID
·       Your own bags

We can assist you only a limited amount
of times each year;
you will then be offered a
Free appointment with our Financial Counsellor.

We regret we cannot provide
EAPA  or Telstra vouchers.

Self Esteem Foundations Workshop
at Woodrising



Woodrising Neighbourhood Centre is holding 2 workshops

Wednesday 9 August and Wednesday 23 August10am to 1.00pm

     Do you give yourself a hard time with self-criticism?

Workshop 1 on  Wednesday 9th August will give you basic skills
to help improve your self esteem and feel better about yourself. 

Learn positive self-talk and begin healing your ‘mud messages’.
 Learn how self esteem develops and why women are
more vulnerable to low self esteem than men.
